Here to help you grow
Counselling provides a private, confidential space to talk through whatever you may be experiencing — a difficulty, a dissatisfaction with life, or a loss of a sense of direction or purpose. We're here to support individuals, couples, children and families across Livingston, West Lothian and Lanarkshire.
- BACP registered & insured
- For individuals, couples & families
- In person, online & by telephone
An open, warm and non-judgemental space
Our counsellors have experience of working with a full range of issues and client groups. We hold BACP membership, are fully qualified and insured, and work within the ethical guidelines set down by national governing bodies.
We offer an open, warm, non-judgemental and genuine therapeutic relationship — and an environment where you can begin a process of exploration, healing and personal growth. We have experience of working with all age groups, in both long-term and short-term work.
